Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all eligible UK and US orders.

Processing and delivery estimates

• Order handling time: 1–3 days after your order is placed.

• Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 9–12 days.

• Estimated total time from order to delivery: 10–15 days.

• Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delivery can occasionally take longer because of factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, address issues, or periods of unusually high demand.

Carrier and tracking

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail where available. When tracking is available for your shipment, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch.

Address accuracy

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order. Contact us promptly at contact@arcadenovachi.com if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Delivery issues
